Recovering From Religious Or Spiritual Communities

For those recovering from dysfunctions in religious or spiritual groups.  Time and support for using the tools of yoga, meditation and prayer to help handle feelings of anger, sadness, and fear – also disillusionment and mistrust.  Begin to open hearts and minds to experience of the living God that is not mediated through other people’s experiences – like through scriptures, or dogma – but through our own openness of mind and heart.
